The teams should be more even, like guild wars should be able to detect if a certain character is carrying so many healing skills. It will then classify that character as a healer and try and put that healer in a team against another healer. Too many times have I gone against a team with a healer and I don't have one.

Also, when you first enter the acadamy and you do that small match, I have never won! This is because my first time it was 4v2, I was on the team of 2 of course. And the second time it was 2v1, I was on the team of one. Is it just my luck or does the matchmaking skills in this game kind of suck?

ive been in academy many times, many times won, many times lost. just matter of luck with team

that is quite nice idea, i dunno how it can be done but anyway, it might work nicely, another way is that try to make or get a team before you enter fight in arena
